© supplied by means of Richmond-Petersburg WWBT VUU RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - A hitmaker on earth of gospel is blessing the college students of Virginia Union school. Multi-Grammy Award-winning Gospel artist Hezekiah Walker has based a center for Gospel song at VUU.

The academic center is the primary of its type within the u.s..

Walker is a 2nd-yr student at VUU's Samuel Dewitt Proctor faculty of Theology. He observed repeatedly colleges don't train things that gospel artists may still understand, like the heritage or the enterprise facet of the industry.

Walker says the previous two years have helped form his ministry and his goal is to provide again to the school that has poured so tons into him.

The middle is set to launch on June 18.
