VectorStitch ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Android application, VectorStitch.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal and device-specific information:

  • Account Information: Your email address and Google profile name (via Google Sign-In) to manage your account and order history.

  • Images & Files: When you upload images for embroidery conversion, these are processed and stored in your linked Google Drive to facilitate our service.

  • Device Permissions: We request access to your Camera and Local Storage to allow you to select, capture, and upload images for design conversion.

  • Transaction Data: We process payments via Google Play In-App Billing. We do not store your full credit card information; this is handled securely by Google.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process your embroidery design requests.

  • To provide customer support via email at designerv9(at)gmail(dot)com.

  • To manage your token balance, subscription status, and order fulfillment.

  • To notify you via push notifications regarding your order status (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).

3. Tracking and Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with our app, which helps us improve the user experience. We use Google AdMob to display personalized advertisements to free-tier users. You may opt-out of personalized ads in your device settings.

4. Children’s Privacy

VectorStitch does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

5. International Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CalOPPA)

  • GDPR (EU/UK Users): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. You may request a data export or deletion by emailing us at designerv9(at)gmail(dot)com.

  • CCPA/CPRA (California Users): We do not sell your personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to request disclosure of what data we collect and request the deletion of your personal information.

  • CalOPPA: We honor "Do Not Track" signals. We will notify users of any privacy policy changes on this page.

6. Data Storage, Security and Deletion

Your designs and uploads are stored in in Google Drive using secure API bridge. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to designerv9(at)gmail(dot)com with the subject 'Request Account Deletion'. We will process your request within 7 business days and remove your user records from our Firebase database.
